After a relatively long and tiring decision process, J finally got a Sony DSC-V3.
It's quite interesting to see the range of options traversed:
1) Buy a DC or not?
2) SLR or compact?
3) Nikon D100 or D70?
4) Sony DSC-V3 or Sony F828? or Panasonic Lumix FZ20 or Canon S70?
The price was HK$4,690
- Body + 1 add'l battery (not sony) + 1 Sony camera bag (leather, quite robust)
- $30 for LCD cover
Bought a Pixas 1GB CF (80x) at HK$760 in another shop.
He could now take a photo of his toes in complete darkness...
We managed to finish the shopping before 8pm and had dinner at the Steak King in the Langham Place.
