Gloomy Sunday (1)

This was the 3rd movie I watched over this holiday break. It was a full house. I went there 10 min before show and only managed to get a seat on the 2nd row. It's been a long time that I was so closed to the screen, as I ususaly wouldn't bother.

It was an interesting story in Budapest, around WWII. The pamphlet says it's about "A Woman Between Three Men, A Deadly Song In A Murderous Era".

As a contrast to Perhaps Love, the 2 guys chose to share rather than lose the lady and the 3 managed to stay together. I can't imagine how it's possible, as the act of love (especially bodily... smile) pairs with the desire to possess, in whole. Well... it might be due to a different cultural background but this is a hypothesis that needs to be tested.



The deadly song is very sweet and pleasing. I am very interested to get the OST, if any.
