There was a small rise in weight in the past few days. Apart from that, everything looks ok.
I was asked to increase oil content in my diet. Choices are:
1/ butter or peanut butter or something like that in breakfast
2/ nuts as snacks such as peanut, macadimia nut, cashew, etc.
I am quite reluctant as I have been trying to keep my place (and life) as minimal as I can. Having said that I will probably choose macadimia nut (plain).
