Food and Environmental Hygiene Department

Hot topic from yesterday's newspaper (and also saw it from someone's blog). Just wonder which firm did the study for them, and how much the gov spent. I won't say the study isn't important but the conclusion is quite obvious. Of course, it carries more weight when supported by facts (with too much details that practically only a few, if any, would care).
