The Elite has always been striving hard to improve our services, therefore we implemented a database system enhancement project recently. Please note that the system will be suspended from 19:00, 17 March 2006 to 12 noon, 20 March 2006.
During the said period, we are sorry that The Elite Member Area at Dragonair website will be disabled for access. Therefore, you are encouraged to use the online services like checking mileages and changing personal details prior to the system suspension or after the project is completed.
Also, we regret that the stoppage will affect the operations of our hotline staff, we might not be able to provide normal services like retrieving and updating member's profile.
We have different systems to record travel activities, so please be assured that your travel records and mileages will be updated to your account once the system resumes normal.
Your patience and understanding are much appreciated and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have caused to you during the system stoppage.
