Typhoon signal #3 was hoisted this afternoon. The weather wasn't too bad when I left office. After some shopping and hopping onto a bus, it started to rain very very heavily, and I didn't bring my umbrella. It was quite a long walk (and run) from the bus stop back home.
It's a short clip taken on the bus from Wanchai to Admiralty.
