citibank called the 2nd time to offer a tax loan with a good rate (well... supposed to be good... i didn't do any research)
i asked myself very seriously
i told the guy that i didnt need money
he then said i could use the money for other purpose, etc.
i didn't take it

haven't said that
perhaps p & m were right that the loan could be spent elsewhere
will consider very seriously

independently, jrpy said wing lung bank offered a good rebate for paying loan with their credit card
i dont have one
and realized that jrpy has many credit cards
probably got lots of gifts in the past... :)
