Happy problem?

JRPY got a job offer and his employer gave him almost what he asked to keep him.  He was about to start the assignment to SH this weekend.


Last week he got another job offer which gave more immediate returns.


Apparently he is still undecided whether to stay or not.


I deeply believe that there are always pros and cons and he should have already got all info he needs to make an informed decision.


Having said that, tomorrow will be the moment of truth.
