last time i did it on aug 11th ("Bleeding")
i went straight to central but found their office disappeared
then called... no response...
then called cwb... found that it's moved (obviously...) and closed on sundays
so i went to cwb
it took me quite a while
it's not a complaint but i felt that the people over there proceeded at a slower pace...
p.s. blood pressure is quite strange, i heard that it's 60/100
