答：It's at a chinese restaurant around the south western corner of
jaffe road and luard road. Forgot the name. It used to my favorite
place with my JRPY. I think I brought Tiger there once or twice too.
Food is ok. Price is ok. Cheap beer. We paid $10 for 6 bottles of
beer (small one, tsingtao) and we couldnt finish all. But I guess it's
just the biz model. Food will cover the cheap prize. During an
extended period, they offer FREE beer/wine, etc. Personally this might
not be a good model as people just hang on and many tended to drink a
lot. Anyway, I wont say it's a great place but do want to visit
occasionally (well... once or twice a year in the few years...)
