It's not free any more. The entrance fee is HK$20 for adult and I
decided not to spend the money (I thought it's a reasonable price for
tourist though).
I went there last time in April 2007 when I needed to entertain a fly-in
consultant from U.K. The renovation had just finished at that time and
they still offered free entrance.
