White chocolate

From ES (we talked about whether white chocolate is chocolate or not on Saturday):

White chocolate is a confection of sugar, cocoa butter, and milk solids. Unlike chocolate, white chocolate contains neither chocolate liquor nor cocoa solids, (therefore no caffeine). It is so called "chocolate" for its similarity in texture with chocolate. The low melting point of cocoa butter allows white chocolate (as with chocolate) to remain solid at room temperature, yet melt easily in the mouth.
