Found a defect in the CCD by chance. It's a 400x300 crop of a full black pic. The size should be around 1 to 2-dot in height/width near the center of the frame.
I don't think I will fix the CCD at the moment, as it must be very dearly. Perhaps I will do this when more defects surface...
