今天下午不知道什么原因，想起我的诺基亚N73手机用了两年，其实没有用到很多的应用软件功能，其间没有更新过它的系统软件，一查之下发觉已经落后了2个 大版本，于是决定更新。下班前时间不够，回家再继续。
在家中弄更新时很顺利，但要将原来的资料从备份还原时就出事，手机开不了，只显示
Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer.
花了点时间在网上找办法，用了不同方式都失败，最后只有放弃，明天有空会拿到诺基亚服务中心修理，希望他们不会有太高收费，不然的话，是时候考虑转台换 机... :)

Try to reset your phone. I had the same error as I mentioned to you last time.
I brought this to Nokia centre to fix but they said I had to change the "motherboard" which costs about $800. So I gave up to fix it. Then, Mr. W just tried to reset the phone and it works again.
