Cathay Pacific (CPCAF.PK) Services proposal to defer the completion of its new cargo terminal at Hong Kong by a maximum of 24 months to mid-2013 has been accepted by The Board of the Airport Authority Hong Kong.

Cathay Pacific Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways, had won a non-exclusive, 20 year franchise for the operation of a new cargo terminal at Hong Kong International Airport. The terminal was to debut in 2011. This has been postponed due to the global economic conditions.
