Someone with good intention passed me some coupons from Oliver's Super Sandwiches with goodies like a free real juice for b/f over certain $ amount etc.  The coupons are about to expire.

With a solid plan in mind, I just went to a shop in Sheung Wan (on my way to office) this morning.

I was kind of cautious about restrictions that I might not be aware of.

So I just asked the staff at cashier, with the coupon in my hand, if it could be used or not.

She took a look.

And said "No", quite clearly if not loudly.  "It's for Super Sandwich", she continued.

I paused for 5 seconds and then I discovered!!!

I found the answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didnt disappear immediately.  Instead I just ordered the set that I was about to order before asking.

In any case, it's my joke of the day.  And it's quite a good one that cheered several friends and colleagues I shared with.

I didn't try to find out the root cause.

But there must be some deeper reason... :)

Having said that, this is the end of the joke.  But then there's an episode 2... :P
