$76

I just found that my phone bills (from Three, to be exact) showed an item of $38 per month for a 3 TV Music Combo.  I had no idea what the service is about and haven't used it at all.  I then checked my contract signed in Feb and found again no clue.

Called on Wed.  It's quite difficult to get a person to talk to me.  I followed the path of applying new IDD service!

Anyway, the gal told me that they offered free a 3 TV Music Combo service for the 1st two months, and then they charge $38/mth afterwards.  The problem is I didn't ask for and they didn't say it in the contract.

The gal asked me to fax them the contract and they will check.  I was quite upset as they should have access to the contract and there's no need for me to send them.  But then after a few discussions, I just gave up and decided to follow.

This afternoon I sent them the contact.  I just called.  This time I followed the instruction from the last gal to reach person but then it failed again.  I played the old trick of using the IDD application path.

This took a while on the queue before someone attended my call.  It took some time for the gal to check my FAX and again more time to look at the contract.  Finally, they offered to return the excess they charged me ($38x2).  Well... $76 isn't a lot of money but it's quite troublesome to go thru these manual process to rectify.

Having said that, no more complaint.

Just need to prepare for the workshop tomorrow...
