How can I get back miles that have expired from my MileagePlus account?
Provided that your miles expired less than 12 months ago, here are two options:
- If you had account activity during the past 12 months that has not been credited, such as a flight, hotel stay or car rental, please visit unitedairlines.com.hk/retrocredit for more information on how to submit documentation on this activity.
- Expired miles may be bought back for 1.25 cents per mile, plus a $25 USD processing fee. Please visit ualmiles.com/ReinstatementMiles to reinstate the expired miles.
