Finally, I subscribe the broadband internet access service from Netvigator. It comes along with free TV service that comes free with some basic channels and 3 paid channels - News, Chinese Cinema & Discovery.
I don't think I will have much time to watch TV but it is ok if the channels don't cause me any money.
By the way, I spent lots of effort and time in 94 & 95 on HKT's pilot interactive TV project. It's a tough and interesting project, both in terms of technical challenges as well as delicate human interactions. There are many stories that I can still recall today.
