Day 3

This is the 3rd Day of the special mission.

早餐: Oat & honey cereal with skim milk + 香蕉
午餐: 咖喱牛腩饭、热奶茶、例汤
下午茶: 火腿omlette、油多、Horlick
晚餐: 鱼片牛肉粥、油条 + 香蕉
其它: 菊花茶、Instant coffee
