Recently I found that my body is inflating slowly but steadily. There hasn't been any vital signal but I think it shouldn't continue. I tried to live a healthier (even if is not healthy enough) life. There is not a concerted plan yet but let me start with the diet and be more conscious about what I take even if I can't refrain.
Morning:
- Oat & honey cereal with skim milk
Lunch:
- Roast pork & chicken rice
- Soup
Snack:
- Some almonds
- Some biscuits
Dinner
- Veg
- Wonton + meat ball rice noodle
- A banana
Others
- two paper cups of instant coffee with some whitener & very little sugar
- Chinese green tea
Ther is no serious plan to start doing exercise yet... :D
