Thanksgiving Party (3)

Of coourse food is an important part of my blog... :)

We had the following choices for Starter and Main Entree:

  • Starter choices - (A) Smoked Duck Breast served with Garden Salad and Balsamic Vinaigrette, or (B) Marinated Assorted Mushroom Salad with Baby Spinach and Herb Vinaigrette
  • Main Entree Choices - (A) Pan Fried Sirloin Steak with Sautéed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables & Red Wine Reduction, or (B) Grilled Crispy Salmon Steak served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Saffron Cream Sauce
What I picked (B & A):


The food was good. I liked the salad very much. I have been having more veg since I started the heaven like health re-engineering program and tried more salad then before. With my limited experience I must say that the salad was very great.
