Tiring

Increased the load to 50x50m this afternoon. It's very weary and the fatigue was very prominent at my back.

And managed to meet the near-term target of finishing 2km within 65 minutes. But my speed is still too slow and perhaps I should opt for higher speed rather than longer swims.

Speed improvement can be achieved via one or more of the following means:
- better technique
- higher frequency
- more mascular power
- better respiration, and...
(lower resistance???)

Perhaps I need a coach.
