The movie started at 8:15pm and I reached IFC at around 7:30pm. The original plan was to have a quick dinner at the sushi place but just like typical peak hours there's at least a 20-min wait before getting a seat. I ordered a takeaway of 4 dishes and went up to the podium to enjoy. It was quite surprising that there weren't too many people.
It was hot and humid outdoors. Suddenly I was well aware that 10% service charge with comfortable seat, visual enjoyment (of food), free flow of green tea, airconditioning and (in theory) unlimited seating time was a good buy.
I wasn't sure whether it's related to the outdoor temperature and the sushis were not as good as I expected.
