Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural part of life, and most of us experience it from time to time. Feeling anxious can even be good for us in certain situations; and can actually help by motivating us to prepare for an exam or gear us up to escape from dangerous situations. Occasional anxiety isn't something to be concerned about. However, anxiety can become a problem if you suffer from constant or long-lasting fear/worry. This session will help you to better understand anxiety and effective ways of managing it in your life.
