PCCW Sells Up to $132 Million New Shares, E-Mail Says

Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- PCCW Ltd., Hong Kong’s biggest phone
company, is raising as much as HK$1.03 billion ($132 million) by
selling 380 million new shares at HK$2.58 to HK$2.70 each,
according to an e-mail sent to investors. The company can expand
the sale by another 225 million shares to meet demand, according
to the e-mail.
