Alcohol
Taking more alcohol these days. Not a good sign.
Just opened a bottle of red wine bought from Macau.
Will probably need to finish in 2 or more days.
Freedom
Had hotpot with JRPY and our buddy Mr. Fung in CWB last night (春秋火锅).
We didn't order any luxurous items and still it ended up @$250 (more than I expected).
The environment, service and food were good though.
I should be the one drinking the most. JRPY came next. Mr. Fung was quite conservative.
One common theme that kept on popping up is about freedom - single vs. married.
My theory is that there is no absolute freedom.
It's constrained freedom that one will treasure most.

Looking forward to the all-you-can-talk dinner on Thu night.
(1) See if there are new new secrets to be uncovered.
(2) Learn Woo's experience on Wed.
I don't have too high expectation on food though. Not that it is bad. But it's not a bad guess the standard is declining. Will be very happy if the hypo is proved wrong.
Days of being forgetful
Learned it from Mo this afternoon.
Quite surprised that it happened.
But it doesn't matter.
Just learn the lesson and move on... :)

这是我第5次光顾，水准还是非常好。唯独虽已事先张扬要加麻加辣，但还是不外如是，有点始料不及。
预先知道要喝酒，所以没有点汤。刚好饭店在准备明天的汤，可以饱览制作过程。
- 放好汤
- 上锡纸
- 盖好
- 放记认（如牙签、筷子等）
- 加碳（原来不是用电的）
- 放汤煲进炉中
- 大概等到凌晨3点便可以完成
还有饭店用的菜，左下面的红椒和右下的菜是从四川运过来的。

本报综合消息 来自西伯利亚地区的较强冷空气席卷了大半个中国：内蒙古、黑龙江、山东雪花飘飘，重庆、贵州、云南雨点霏霏；中东部有6级北风呼啸，华北、黄淮、四川盆地则降温8℃~12℃。
中央气象台的气象工程师告诉记者，虽然近两天给我国北方和中东部地区造成大风降温的强冷空气前锋于昨天下午已到达南海北部海面，但受其影响，全国范围内的大风降温天气仍将继续。到6日，中国大部分地区的风力逐渐减小，气温将会有缓慢回升。
500余车辆被冻“死”山中
12月3日，陕西210国道秦岭段气温骤降至-8℃，15时许，山中大雪纷飞。一些加进0#柴油的大型货车停在路上悬挂防滑链时被冻“死”，从17时许起，被冻“死”的车辆逐渐增多，造成210国道中断。截至12月4日11时许，被困在秦岭分水岭两边的大小车辆达500多辆，12时起，长安警方将210国道从沣峪口关闭。截至记者昨晚发稿时，道路仍未畅通。
北京经受50年同期最低温
昨天，首都北京的最高温度为-3.9℃，最低气温更是跌到-9.1℃，为入冬后北京最冷的一天，同时，也是北京近50年来12月4日的最低气温。两天前北京还有人穿单衣出门。但现在，已经是满街臃肿的羽绒衣了，很多人还配上帽子、手套、围巾的“全副武装”。北京今年的第一场雪虽然平均降雪量不足1毫米，但五六级的刺骨寒风令人畏惧。
