The ferry to Clifford was smooth. It was very crowded and I believed it's full. Perhaps because of the weather, it took 30 min more than ususal to reach Nansha.

While we took the bus to Clifford, at around 5:45pm N called R to see if she got on the bus leaving from Shenzhen at 5:40pm and to our surprise R was still in SZ. She said she arranged a car.

Later we found that she paid 400 yuan from SZ to Clifford. She worked in 西乡 and it took less than an hour to Clifford as there was no traffic problem. R said it's normal to pay more if it's a long one-way trip. Anyway we thought it's quite a lot in terms of transportation fee.

I just wonder how much it takes to travel from SZ to GZ by air...

Although we had a late afternoon with the expectation R wouldn't arrive till late, 4 of us went to a Menggu (蒙古) restaurant. We ordered lamb meat (very good one), roast lamb, plain bread, a bowl of noodle (担担面), 2 bottles of beer and vegetable. It only took us 136 yuan. Very good in terms of price performance.

Finally I got some 龙须糖 to share with the gang.
