馬會告IBM索賠千萬
【新報訊】香港賽馬會昨入稟高等法院，控告國際商業機器中國香港有限公司（IBM）違約，沒有提供充足的服務，並要求它賠償一切損失。
IBM是原告的電腦服務供應商，負責為其商業及客戶資料庫提供硬件和軟件系統。原告入稟控告被告在2007至2008年間多次違約，不能提供有效的 服務。當中包括沒有為系統提供有足夠經驗和專長的電腦人員、2008年持續遲交貨、提供有缺陷的零件、沒有為其系統提供矯正服務，以及沒有為其項目提供管 理及技術。
原告要求被告就其違約事項賠償違約而引起的一切損失，包括原告給予被告的九百多萬元服務費、設置系統的成本、安裝費、行政費及管理費等。

Amazing
My handy vacuum cleaner was bought in around 94/95.
I used it quite often initially but then haven't used it for ages.
I need to do some heavy cleaning these few days and took it out.
There's only 1 paper bag left.
I tried and did a search on the web.
No hit!
There are some offers in Japan though.
I then called Panasonic's show room.
They didn't and referred me back to their Parts Centre.
And it's quite amazed that they still keep stocks!
A pack of 12 bags is now sold at $85.
Will pick up on Monday... :)
Well... I forgot how much I paid for the cleaner.
But as always, those consumables bring them more profit... :P
